1. Platform Usage & Acceptance

By using or browsing GuruMuzik.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

3. Complaints & Enforcement

• If the public or other users lodge complaints regarding any listing (including music tutors and other categories), the management has the right to investigate and verify immediately;
• The management may temporarily or permanently remove the listing without providing any reason to the user;
• No form of compensation will be provided in the event of suspension or permanent removal of any listing.

4. Multiple Complaint Handling

If the same listing receives more than three (3) valid complaints at any time, and the management deems it unsuitable for continued publication, the platform will immediately terminate its listing rights. The management’s decision is final.

5. Disclaimer

• GuruMuzik.com is solely an information-sharing platform. All transactions and interactions are the sole responsibility of the parties involved.
• The platform and its management are not involved in, do not guarantee, and are not responsible for any disputes, losses, or claims between users.

6. Right to Amend Terms

The management reserves the right to modify, update, or add to these terms at any time without prior notice.

7. Changes in Operations & Limitation of Liability

The platform reserves the right to change, adjust, or restructure its operations, management, and business model at any time, including but not limited to introducing fees, modifying services, or selling/transferring platform ownership. Such changes do not require prior user consent and shall not entitle any user to any form of compensation.

If the platform is sold or transferred, the new management shall have full discretion on how to operate, and the current platform and original management shall not interfere.

In the event that the website becomes unavailable or fails to operate normally due to technical issues, maintenance, force majeure, or other reasons, no user shall be entitled to claim any compensation from the platform or its management.
